PRO barista – what does it take?
I’m 17 and been making coffee for a year, i have been on barista training, have more training coming up. I have spent quite a bit of money on machines and about to invest in another for home – rancillio silvia and rocky grinder – its the best i can get atm. I can do most coffee and my latte art is real good. I have also taken the time to research history and different origins of coffee and also egger to broaden my knowledge. So im into barista big time. what does it take to become pro though and where should i go next.??
I also have alot of time for lavazza, and buy their beans on principle because they do alot for the workers.
